Refund Policy

In the unlikely event that your HIVERN items arrive damaged or you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us as soon as possible on +64 21 458 198 or email hello@hivern.co.nz and we will make arrangements for the items to be returned and either replaced or refunded. 

Unfortunately we are unable to refund for ‘change-of-mind’ purchases.
